Due to the high demands of our service at this time, Paws Off Cleaning Co is currently continuing business as usual. As per the government of Alberta, our company falls under cleaning and sanitation services, as well as provides the support for safe operation of residences and essential businesses.
We are following Alberta Health Services protocol and procedures that can be outlined below, in addition to maintaining proper risk mitigation measures.

We are using disposable cloths. After each clean, cloths are being disposed of and a new set of cloths and gloves will be used for the next clean.

Our mop is disinfected and washed daily.

We are cleaning around individuals working from home with or without children, but we will not be entering homes where 7 or more people live.

If clients are home, we will wear masks and/or maintain a physical distance of 6 feet or more at all times.

We will not be cleaning residences or businesses where individuals over the age of 70 live or work. This includes seniors homes and complexes.

Current clients have not traveled outside of the country within the past one (1) months and none are self isolating. Any new clients are thoroughly screened and asked about international travel, quarantine, reasons for self isolation, COVID-19 exposure, confirmed cases, number of people living in the household, and current occupations.

If a client displays symptoms of COVID-19 or is advised by Alberta Health Services that they have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, we will not enter that client's home until their quarantine period is over and they have received a negative COVID-19 test. Please note that proof of negative test results may be required.

Cancellation charges will not be implemented for clients who need a COVID-19 test, but if a regular bi weekly or monthly clean is missed because of the test overlapping with the booking, the following clean is subject to an increased rate due to a lack of professional maintenance.

Please give us at least 72 hours notice if you need a COVID test or required to isolate so we can rebook your clean
